          THE NEW SPEED LIMIT IS 45 MILES PER HOUR. 
          SAFETY CONCERNS PROMPTED THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO REQUEST THE SLOWER SPEED LIMIT.
