THESE NUISANCES NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN OUR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS, AND AS LONG AS THEY ARE ALLOWED THERE, NEIGHBORS WILL FEEL THE IMPACT AS A RESULT. IN PLANO, ORDINANCE NUMBER 93 8 13 STATES THAT THE OPERATION OF A, B AND B BE A OWNER OR OPERATOR, OCCUPIED RESIDENTS WITH UP TO FIVE BEDROOMS AVAILABLE FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS.
