Congressman Ralph Hall along with other local dignitaries and representatives from all branches of the military. Featured will be keynote speaker Leila Hunt-Willingham whose brother, Army Specialist Jason Dean Hunt, was one of 13 soldiers killed when a gunman opened fire November 5, 2009 at a Fort Hood soldier readiness center. The Program includes musical selections by the Plano Community Band, a children’s flag march, a wreath-laying ceremony, and a 21-gun salute.
