CONSENT AGENDA

(c) RFB No. 2022-0473-AC for a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year automatic renewals for Temporary Labor Waste Services Collection for Environmental Waste Services to A2Z Staffing Solutions LLC, A & Associates, Inc. and Johnston Temporary Services, Inc. dba Labor Source of Texas in the estimated annual amount of $820,000; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved

ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION:

(1) Public Hearing and consideration of appeals of the Planning & Zoning Commission's denials of Zoning Case 2022-011 and Concept Plan 2022-009. Request to rezone 7.8 acres from Planned Development-12-Single-Family Residence-7 to Planned Development-12-Multifamily Residence-1 and request for 80 multifamily dwelling units on one lot on 6.8 acres located at the northeast corner of Jupiter Road and Los Rios Boulevard. Zoned Planned Development-12-Single-Family Residence-7. Applicant: Al Dewan Properties, LLC (Request to table to September 20, 2022, City Council meeting.) Tabled to September 20, 2022.

(2) Ordinance No. 2022-9-9: To approve and adopt the Operating Budget and setting the appropriations for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022, and terminating September 30, 2023; and providing an effective date. (Public Hearings held on August 8, 2022, August 13, 2022 and August 22, 2022.) Adopted

(3) Ordinance No. 2022-9-10: To approve and adopt the Community Investment Program and setting the appropriations for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022, and ending September 30, 2023; and providing an effective date. (Public Hearings held on August 8, 2022, August 13, 2022 and August 22, 2022.) Adopted

(4) Public Hearing on the proposed tax rate of $0.4176 per $100 of taxable value for Fiscal Year 2022-23. (The first Public Hearing was held on August 22, 2022.) Conducted

(5) Ordinance No. 2022-9-11: To approve and adopt the Tax Rate for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022 and terminating September 30, 2023; and providing an effective date. (The first Public Hearing was held on August 22, 2022. The second Public Hearing is being held on September 12, 2022, prior to the adoption of this Ordinance.) Adopted

(6) Ordinance No. 2022-9-12: To ratify the property tax revenue in the 2022-23 Budget as a result of the City receiving more revenues from property taxes in the 2022-23 Budget than in the previous fiscal year; and providing an effective date. (The first Public Hearing was held on August 22, 2022. The second Public Hearing is being held on September 12, 2022, prior to the adoption of this Ordinance.) Adopted
