CONSENT AGENDA
(f) To ratify the expenditure for the first year of a three (3) year DocuSign subscription term to include installation in the amount of $59,650 and approve the purchase of the remaining two (2) years for Technology Services in the estimated annual amount of $56,500, for an estimated total amount of $172,650, from SHI Government Solutions, Inc. through an existing contract; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (DIR Contract No. DIR -TSO-4291)
(m) To approve a Revised and Restated Economic Development Incentive Agreement between the City of Plano, Texas, and CNMK Texas Properties, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company"), providing an economic development grant to the Company; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
(r) To provide certain Heritage Resources within the City ad valorem tax relief as allowed by the Heritage Tax Exemption Ordinance, providing a severability clause, and an effective date.
(1) Consideration of a Resolution to support an application for nine percent (9%) housing tax credit (HTC) financing to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the proposed affordable residential development project located on 7± acres, at approximately the northwest corner of Plano Parkway and Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX; designating the City Manager to certify this resolution to TDHCA; and declaring an effective date.
(2) Consideration of a Resolution to support an application for nine percent (9%) housing tax credit (HTC) financing to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the proposed affordable residential development project located on 6.818 acres, at approximately 6512 Jupiter Road, at the corner with Los Rios Blvd., Plano, TX; designating the City Manager to certify this resolution to TDHCA; and declaring an effective date.
