(e) To approve the purchase of Furniture for the High Point North Maintenance Facility for the Facilities Department in the amount of $118,496 from Facilitech, Inc. dba Business Interiors through an existing contract; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (OMNIA Contract No. R191804, BuyBoard Contract No. 584-19)
(h) To approve an increase to the current awarded contract amount of $6,373,251 by $1,500,000, for a total contract amount of $7,873,251, for Arterial Pavement Repair Coit Road - Parker Road to SH 121 project, from Jim Bowman Construction Company, L.P. for the Public Works Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (Contract No. 2019-0662-B; Change Order No. 1)
(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance to accept and approve a Service and Assessment Plan and Assessment Roll for the Collin Creek East Public Improvement District; making a finding of special benefit to the property in the District; levying Assessments against property within the District and establishing a lien on such property; providing for the method of assessment and the payment of the Assessments in accordance with Chapter 372, Texas Local Government Code, as amended; providing penalties and interest on delinquent Assessments; providing for severability; resolving matters incident and related thereto; and providing an effective date.

(3) Public Hearing and consideration of an Appeal of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Denial of Zoning Case 2021-003 and Concept Plan 2021-001 requesting to rezone 19.1 acres located at the southwest corner of Plano Parkway and Executive Drive from Corridor Commercial to Planned Development-Corridor Commercial. Zoned Corridor Commercial and located within the 190 Tollway/Plano Parkway Overlay District. Applicant: Onalp Property Owner, LLC C/O Bay West Development (Request to withdraw the appeal of the zoning case and concept plan.)
(4) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2021-008 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-94-Retail on 2.2 acres of land located at the northeast corner of 15th Street and Greenway Drive in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to allow restaurant/cafeteria as permitted uses and to modify development standards which may include but are not limited to parking; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (5) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2021-007 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone 1.5 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Turtle Creek Drive and Old Westbury Lane in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Planned Development-342-Single-Family Residence-9 to Planned Development-423-Patio Home; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
