CONSENT AGENDA
(p) To amend Section 12-73.1(d), Same – Specific zones, of Article IV, Speed, Chapter 12, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano, Texas to enact school zones for summer school sessions within the city limits of the City of Plano; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
OATHS OF OFFICE
(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-018 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 184 on 7.8 acres of land located on the west side of Shiloh Road, 347 feet north of Plano Parkway, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Research/Technology Center with Specific Use Permit No. 639 for Electrical Substation; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Applicant: Dallas Area Rapid Transit, City of Plano, and ONCOR Electric Delivery Company
(2) Public Hearing and consideration of Appeals of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Denials of Zoning Case 2021-003, and associated Concept Plan 2021-001, requesting to rezone 19.1 acres located at the southwest corner of Plano Parkway and Executive Drive from Corridor Commercial to Planned Development-Corridor Commercial to allow multifamily residence as a permitted use and to modify development standards which may include but are not limited to: the location and size of multifamily use; building setbacks; maximum floor area ratio; open space; landscape requirements; building design; parking; and other development standards. Zoned Corridor Commercial and located within the 190 Tollway/Plano Parkway Overlay District. Applicant: Onalp Property Owner, LLC c/o Bay West Development (REQUEST TO TABLE TO JUNE 28, 2021)
(3) Consideration of a Resolution to provide the City Manager authority related to personnel, procurement, public meetings and City Code and policy decisions necessary for issues that arise during the state and federal emergency declarations related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19); and providing an effective date.
