(n) To approve Dallas Area Rapid Transit (“DART”) Resolution No. 210036 for the acquisition of the following parcels of land in the City of Plano, Texas for the purpose of construction, improvement, and operation of DART’s Silver Line Regional Rail Project and other public improvements and projects related hereto – Parcel CB3-013 at 910 10th Street and Parcel CB3-014 at 901 10th Street; and providing an effective date.
(u) To authorize the issuance of "City of Plano, Texas, Municipal Drainage Utility System Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 2021"; resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment and delivery of said Bonds; establishing procedures for the sale and delivery of said Bonds, and delegating matters relating to the sale and issuance of said Bonds to an authorized City official.
(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-016 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, expanding Specific Use Permit No. 4 for Sewage Treatment Plant with restrictions and granting Specific Use Permit No. 162 for Service Yard with restrictions on 17.1 acres of land located on the east side of Los Rios Boulevard, 1,030 feet north of 14th Street, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Agricultural with Specific Use Permit No. 4 for Sewage Treatment Plant; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (2) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-019 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 166 on 5.5 acres of land located at the southeast corner of K Avenue and 12th Place, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Light Commercial; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (3) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-020 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 167 on 1.6 acres of land located west of J Avenue at 12th Street in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Light Commercial and Light Industrial-1; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (4) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2021-001 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone 0.5 acre of land located 119 feet south of 14th Street and 320 feet west of P Avenue in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Retail to Light Industrial-1; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (5) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2021-005 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone 6.8 acres of land from Regional Employment to Commercial Employment and grant Specific Use Permit No. 170 for New Vehicle Dealer on 5.0 acres of land located on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway, 700 feet south of Spring Creek Parkway in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a publication clause, a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, and an effective date. (6) Public Hearing and consideration of a Resolution to approve the use or taking of a portion of City of Plano public parkland, known as Overland Trail, pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code for dedication of parkland as a permanent utility and access easement for the purpose of utility infrastructure improvements to the Overland Trail located in the northeast corner of the property adjacent to Janwood Drive; authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents; and providing an effective date.
