(j) Ordinance No. 2021-3-10: To transfer the total sum of $1,640,294 from the following Unappropriated fund balances: General Fund ($1,473,584), Convention & Tourism Fund ($21,552), Water & Sewer Fund ($61,228), Sustainability & Environmental Services Fund ($49,467), Municipal Drainage Fund ($13,565), Recreation Revolving Fund ($9,127), Golf Course Fund ($3,704), Risk Management Fund ($3,684), and the PTV Fund ($4,383), to each of the listed Fund Operating Appropriations for fiscal year 2020-21 for the purpose of a mid-year 2% across the board pay increase for all employees, amending the Budget of the City adopted by Ordinance No. 2020-9-4, specifically Section 1, Items “A”, “G”, “K”, “S”, “W”, “BB”, “DD”, “FF”, and “HH” to reflect the actions taken herein; and providing an effective date. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION:

(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-016 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, expanding Specific Use Permit No. 4 for Sewage Treatment Plant with restrictions and granting Specific Use Permit No. 162 for Service Yard with restrictions on 17.1 acres of land located on the east side of Los Rios Boulevard, 1,030 feet north of 14th Street, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Agricultural with Specific Use Permit No. 4 for Sewage Treatment Plant; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (2) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-019 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 166 on 5.5 acres located at the southeast corner of K Avenue and 12th Place, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Light Commercial; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
