(1) Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance 2021-2-18 to provide certain Heritage Resources within the City ad valorem tax relief as allowed by the Heritage Tax Exemption Program Ordinance, providing a severability clause, and an effective date. Conducted and adopted adding 901 18th Street
(2) Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-2-19 as requested in Zoning Case 2020-033 amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone 5.3 acres of land located on the north side of Park Boulevard, 150 feet west of K Avenue in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Corridor Commercial to Planned Development-47-Corridor Commercial; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
