CONSENT AGENDA
(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-010 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone and amend Planned Development-489-Multifamily Residence-1 on 36.5 acres of land located on the north side of Legacy Drive, 1,168 feet east of Alma Drive, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Planned Development-489-Multifamily Residence-1 to Planned Development-489-Multifamily Residence-2; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (2) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2020-014 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Section 10.700 (UMU, Urban Mixed-Use District), Section 10.800 (BG, Downtown Business/Government District), and related sections of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to necessary clarifications and improvements in regulations; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (3) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance to repeal and replace Chapter 21, Utilities, Article I, In General, Section 21-2. Same – Charges, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano to update the appeal process for calculating the size of the impervious area, change the description of average pollutant removal efficiency to be consistent with the recommendation of the Council of Governments and to modify the fees for residential and non-residential customers of Municipal Drainage Utility System; providing a severability clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a penalty clause, a publication clause and an effective date.
(4) Consideration of a Resolution to adopt the 2021 Legislative Program for the City of Plano, Texas; directing the City Manager to act with regard to the City's 2021 Legislative Program; and providing an effective date.
