This Council Meeting will be held in the Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers. The facility will not be open to the public. (j) To approve a request to sell real property at the northwest corner of K Avenue and Park Boulevard to Plano Housing Authority in the amount of $2,000,000; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

(t) To repeal and replace in its entirety Article VII, Community Relations Commission, of Chapter 2, Administration, of the City Code of Ordinances to enlarge the Commission, provide for representation of the Concerted Revitalization Plan area on the Commission, and specifically authorize review of housing tax credit applications; and providing a repealer clause, a severability clause and an effective date.

(1) Consider appointment of a new member to the Community Relations Commission.
