CONSENT AGENDA (Part 1 of 2)
(l) To determine the public use, need and necessity for the acquisition of the easement properties as described in the attached Exhibit “A” located generally at the intersections of Legacy Drive and Independence Parkway, Legacy Drive and Custer Road, and Legacy Drive and K Avenue in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas; for the purpose of the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of roadways and related public improvements for the Legacy Drive Corridor Improvements project; authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney, or their respective designees, to acquire the property including making initial and bona fide offers, and authorizing the City Attorney to file proceedings in eminent domain to condemn the needed real property for public use, if necessary, and providing an effective date.

(1) Consideration of a Resolution to call for a public hearing on the creation of the Collin Creek East Public Improvement District to be located within the corporate limits of the City of Plano; and providing an effective date.
