CONSENT AGENDA
(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2018-026 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 96 for Recreational Vehicle Sales and Service on 1.1 acres of land located at the southeast corner of E Avenue and 16th Street in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Corridor Commercial; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (2) Public Hearing on the need to continue the City of Plano's Juvenile Curfew Ordinance (Ordinance No. 94-11-11); to receive a city staff report on the effectiveness of the Juvenile Curfew Ordinance; and to determine whether the ordinance should be abolished, continued, or modified.
(3) Consideration of a Resolution to urge the Texas Legislature to enact meaningful school finance reform during its ongoing 86th Legislative Session and to make doing so a priority of the ongoing 86th Legislative Session; and providing an effective date.
