(1) Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2017-11-12 as requested in Zoning Case 2017-024 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 54 for a 93-foot Commercial Antenna Support Structure on 0.1 acre of land located 51 feet east of Split Trail Road and 785 feet north of K Avenue, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Corridor Commercial (CC); directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
