CONSENT AGENDA
(1) Public Hearing and adoption of Resolution No. 2017-11-2(R) to authorize the renewal of the Downtown Plano Public Improvement District through petition as provided by the Texas Local Government Code, authorizing the City Manager or a Deputy City Manager to publish required public notice of the District’s authorization, and establishing an effective date.
(2) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2017-017 to create and classify a new and unlisted use by amending Section 8.200 (Terms Defined) of Article 8 (Definitions), Subsections 13.500.2 (Front Yard Regulations), 13.500.3 (Side Yard Regulations), and 13.500.4 (Rear Yard Regulations) of Section 13.500 (Yard Regulations) of Article 13 (Lot and Building Standards), Sections 14.100 (Residential Districts Use Table), 14.200 (Nonresidential Districts Use Table), and 14.300 (Use Table Notes) of Article 14 (Allowed Uses and Use Classifications), Section 15.1200 (Residence Hotels) of Article 15 (Use-specific Regulations), Sections 16.700 (Off-Street Parking Schedule) and 16.1400 (Off-Street Loading) of Article 16 (Parking and Loading) and related sections of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, regarding extended stay lodging; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
(3) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2017-026 to amend, delete, and add various portions of Articles 1 (Legal Framework), 3 (Site Plan Review), 8 (Definitions), 9 (Residential Districts), 10 (Nonresidential Districts), 12 (Planned Development District), 13 (Lot and Building Standards), 15 (Use-specific Regulations), 16 (Parking and Loading), 17 (Landscaping and Tree Preservation), 18 (Stormwater Management), 25 (Traffic Impact Analysis), and related sections, of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, pertaining to stormwater regulations; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
(4) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Subdivision Ordinance Amendment 2017-001 to repeal in its entirety Ordinance No. 2006-4-25, thereby rescinding the Subdivision Ordinance in its current form, together with all amendments thereto; adopting an updated version of the Subdivision Ordinance in order to amend various sections pertaining to stormwater regulations; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
(5) Consideration of a Resolution of the City of Plano to cast its ballot for the election of members to the Collin Central Appraisal District Board of Directors under the provision of the Property Tax Code; authorizing the Mayor to execute the ballot for and on behalf of the City of Plano; and providing an effective date.
(6) Consideration of a Resolution of the City of Plano to cast its ballot for the election of members to the Denton Central Appraisal District Board of Directors under the provision of the Property Tax Code; authorizing the Mayor to execute the ballot for and on behalf of the City of Plano; and providing an effective date.
(7) Discussion and direction regarding Budget Policies.
