CONSENT AGENDA
(f) To approve an expenditure in the amount of $281,859 to Turner Construction Company for the Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve Hillside Improvements, Project No. 6724; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (Original Bid No. 2016-0122-B, Change Order No. 1)
(m) To approve an Economic Development Incentive Agreement between the City of Plano, Texas, and L3 Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), providing an economic development grant to the Company; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
(1) Consideration of an Ordinance to approve and adopt the Operating Budget and set the appropriations for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2017, and terminating September 30, 2018; and providing an effective date. (Public Hearings held on August 14, 2017 and August 19, 2017.)
(2) Consideration of an Ordinance to approve and adopt the Community Investment Program and set the appropriations for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2017, and ending September 30, 2018; and providing an effective date. (Public Hearings held on August 14, 2017 and August 19, 2017.)
(3) Consideration of an Ordinance to approve and adopt the Tax Rate for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2017 and terminating September 30, 2018, and providing an effective date. (Public Hearings held August 28, 2017 and September 5, 2017.)
(4) Consideration of an Ordinance to ratify the property tax revenue in the 2017-18 Budget as a result of the City receiving more revenues from property taxes in the 2017-18 Budget than in the previous fiscal year; and providing an effective date. (5) Consideration of an Ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 2016-9-7; establishing the number of certain classifications within the Fire Department for fiscal year 2017-18; establishing the authorized number and effective dates of such positions for each classification; establishing a salary plan for the Fire Department effective October 2, 2017; and providing a repealer clause, a severability clause and an effective date.
