(1) Public Hearing on an application for the adoption of a Municipal Setting Designation Ordinance for the PSC Management LP – Plano Campus property, a 71.2 acre tract of land located at 2300 West Plano Parkway, as requested by Dell, Inc.
(2) Consideration of an Ordinance to prohibit the use of designated groundwater from beneath a 71.2 acre tract of land located at 2300 West Plano Parkway and supporting issuance of a Municipal Setting Designation by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality; providing a penalty clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and providing an effective date.
(3) Consideration of a Resolution to support the application of Dell, Inc. to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for certification of a Municipal Setting Designation Ordinance on a 71.2 acre tract of land located at 2300 West Plano Parkway; and providing an effective date.
(4) Public Hearing on the FY 2017-18 Recommended Budget and the FY 2017-18 Proposed Community Investment Program (CIP).
(5) Consideration of a Resolution to accept the Certified Appraisal Rolls for Fiscal Year 2017-18 for Collin County and Denton County, and providing an effective date.
(6) Discussion of the Proposed FY 2017-18 Community Investment Program.
