(o) To approve a Development Agreement between the City of Plano and the Plano Housing Corporation for the development of the Plano Artist Lofts Project in the amount of $500,000; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (Part 1 of 2)

(v) To repeal Resolution No. 2016-8-17(R) dated August 22, 2016 which approved the terms and conditions of a Development Agreement by and between the City of Plano, Texas and Plano Housing Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization, for the construction and installation of certain public infrastructure and improvements within the public rights-of-way and private property near 13th – 14th Connector and F Avenue; authorizing its execution by the City Manager; and providing an effective date.

(o) To approve a Development Agreement between the City of Plano and the Plano Housing Corporation for the development of the Plano Artist Lofts Project in the amount of $500,000; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (Part 2 of 2)

(x) To repeal Resolution No. 84-4-10(R), codified as Section 12-11, School Crossing Guards, in Article I, In General, of Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano, Texas and authorizing the Plano Police Department to establish the criteria and procedures for the school crossing guard program; and providing an effective date.

(2) Consideration of an Ordinance to determine the public use, need and necessity for the acquisition of the easement properties as described in the attached Exhibit “A” located generally at the intersection of Spring Creek Parkway and Coit Road in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas; for the purpose of the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of roadways and related public improvements for the Spring Creek Parkway and Coit Road Intersection project; authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney, or their respective designees, to acquire the property including making initial and bona fide offers, and authorizing the City Attorney to file proceedings in eminent domain to condemn the needed real property for public use, if necessary, and providing an effective date.

(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2016-033 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone 50.5 acres of land located at the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and Rasor Boulevard, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Regional Commercial to Planned Development-24-Regional Commercial; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Applicant: Therondunn Plano, LLC (Part 1 of 3)
