(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2016-037 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to rezone 93.9 acres of land located on the west side of U.S. Highway 75, 360 feet south of Legacy Drive in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Corridor Commercial to Planned Development-21-Corridor Commercial to allow multifamily residence, single-family residence, and food truck park uses, and to modify development standards; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (2) Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2017-2-5 as requested in Zoning Case 2016-044 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 40 for Used Automobile Dealer on 2.2 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Lexington Drive and Premier Drive, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Corridor Commercial; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (3) Ordinance No. 2017-2-6: To determine the public use, need and necessity for the acquisition of a sanitary sewer easement interest in a 13,972 square feet or .321 acre tract of land and a temporary construction easement for a 16,504 square feet or .3789 acre tract of land located in Lot 1, Block 1, Lacerte Addition at 5601 Headquarters Drive as described in attached Exhibit "A", in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas; for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and maintaining sanitary sewer facilities and related public improvements in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas; authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney, or their respective designees, to acquire the property including making initial and bona fide offers, and authorizing the City Attorney to file proceedings in eminent domain to condemn the needed real property for public use, if necessary, and providing an effective date. (4) Resolution No. 2017-2-7(R): To order a Special Election to be held on May 6, 2017, for the purpose of authorizing general obligation bonds; making provisions for the conduct of the election and other provisions incident and related to the purpose of this Resolution. Adopted with modification
