Approval of Expenditure (c) To approve an additional expenditure in the amount of $24,475 for Southern Land Company, LLC to complete the installation of gates, fencing, and other security features in the police parking garage at the Junction 15 development at 15th Street and I Avenue; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
