Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2012-19 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2006-4-24, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-20-Mixed Use on 135.3± acres located at the northeast corner of Preston Road and Rasor Boulevard in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to modify the development standards related to Single-Family Residence Attached uses; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance to authorize the City Attorney to use the City’s eminent domain authority to bring a condemnation action for the purpose of obtaining ± 6.031 acres of real property for the public use of parkland, including but not limited to a recreational trail, and/or other public purposes permitted by law; and providing an effective date.
The City Council may convene into Executive Session to discuss posted items in the regular meeting as allowed by law.
