Public Hearing and an Ordinance – To designate a certain area within the City of Plano as Reinvestment Zone No. 112 for a tax abatement consisting of a 6.829 acre tract of land located approximately at the northeast corner of Dallas North Tollway and Tennyson Parkway, in the City of Plano, Texas establishing the boundaries of such zoneordaining other matters relating thereto and providing an effective date.
A Resolution to approve the terms and conditions of an Agreement by and between the City of Plano, Texas, the County of Collin, Texas, and Cadbury Adams USA, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation, and providing for a business personal property tax abatement, and authorizing its execution by the City Manager; and providing an effective date.
