An Ordinance to add Article V, Board of Adjustment, to Chapter 16, Planning and Development, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano to relocate the provisions related to the Board of Adjustment for appointing and removing members from the City of Plano Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to the City of Plano Code of Ordinances, and providing a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause, and an effective date.
